Looking to hire a part time Physical Therapist to cover a FMLA  this summer - starting the end of May/ beginning of June.  Potential to retain as we grow. It is our mission at River Valley Home Care to provide Minnesota in-home health care with the most compassionate care to our clients. We strive to achieve this in all of our services to our clients. We strongly believe that everyone has the capacity to enjoy life, no matter their age, physical and mental conditions.   • Excellent organizational skills to manage household tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative and responsibility.

  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment by performing light housekeeping duties including laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.

  • Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the safety of clients at all times.

  • Support individuals with special needs such as autism or memory care requirements through direct support techniques.

  • Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding the client's needs and progress.

  • Document daily activities and any changes in the client’s condition or behavior accurately.
